It has been a while....we have been busy and I really havent had much to update, yes even on the so called "diet". I think Nick is trying to sabatoge me! For example, I did so good all day yesterday then he calls right before he gets home and says,"Larry's Pizza tonight?" Larry's Pizza...YUCK...yuck as in it is so good and you stuff yourself silly before you even realize it. So, I have got to get back on the bandwagon. Kylie and I have been enjoying some wonderful salads together at lunch time. We are getting ready to plant some cool weather lettuce, so I will have plenty to get me skinny!!!
On a different note, it was time to replace the Christmas pic on facebook, so the kids and I played around yesterday and tried to get a picture of the 3 of us for our profile. I never realized how hard it would be to take a picture of the 3 of us and get us all 3 in the camera and looking at the camera at the same time (and me look half way decent since I have high school classmates who are really seeing the older me for the first time!) So, this is the picture I got. I really should have fixed my hair a little and put on some makeup, but you know...this is the real me. I dont get all done up all the time. This picture to me shows exactly how our life is: laid back, fun, and full of life.
I am definatly going to print this and do a page for their scrapbooks!
